Mavic Air 2 video files won't open: "file open error: unrecognizable file type."

I've been flying my Mavic Air 2 since October without a hitch. Then today I took it up for a short flight to test shooting in slow motion, then switched back to normal video and shot some more. I imported the files to my Macbook Pro, as usual, but when I tried to convert to ProRes in MPEG Streamclip none of the files will open. Message is "File open error: unrecognized file type." I tried opening them with Quicktime and the message is: "An invalid sample description was found in the movie."

What could have caused this, and why suddenly today when I've had no problem until now?

Wild guess: M264 vs M265 format selected? That's caused me headaches before.

Your wild guess solved it. The camera was set on 265. I just now put it back on 264 and tested – all files are fine. Thank you so much for your help!
