Who all has sent the Mavic back for an exchange/repair? What kind of time frame did they give you? Have you got any responses from dji?
This is a post from another forum. "I have to sing the praises of DJI here. I had a bad camera on my Mavic and I sent it in with all the footage and photos of the horrible soft focus spots. I sent the Mavic Pro in on 11/1 and today they notified me that they would be exchanging it with a brand new unit shipping Monday. 10 day turn around on a repair/replacement is a way to win my business again!"
