Mavic Mini Batteries duration

I bought the Mavic Mini fly more combo with 3 batteries.
At first, I could fly the drone between 24 and 26 minutes per battery. Now, 6 months later, I'm having trouble flying the drone for more than 20 minutes.

Is it normal ?
DJI said the batteries should last 30 minutes.

That's assuming there is absolutely no wind (probably impossible if you're flying outside) and you're flying in ideal temperatures (e.g. not near freezing).

Have you added any weight to the mini like leg extensions, lights?

The batteries are 6 months old, are the props 6 months old too? If so, they may be flattening slightly and not as efficient. Try changing them all to a new set.

Also batteries do lose power over time. How many cycles are on them and how have they been treated? Used hard, charged when warm, stored uncharged? There are several threads about how to best store li-ion batteries between outings.

30 min flight time is only if you are hovering inside in your living room with no wind ideal conditions !!
