Hi, thanks, have both, read it might be that the ipad compass needs calibration????

You can't calibrate the compass on an ipad but opening the compass app basically calibrates it. Just make sure you turn your devices into airplane mode while flying, including smartwatch, as these can affect the compass.

On the Ipad go to settings and scroll down to the DJI Fly app. Select it and check if the Location is activated "While Using The App"
