Mavic Pro 1: Updating firmware for first time ?‍♂️

I would think again about updating your setup. I haven't updated mine in almost 3 years, still flying on .400 from original flash from factory. ZERO gimbal resets, no tilted horizons, no quizes, no speed/distance limitations, and ZERO NFZ issues.

The last known good firmware variant was .700, before they actually started to "hobble" the Gen I Mavics...

And I'm not the only one that feels like this.

If I were you, get it linked back up and communicating via rc, and leave it alone....

I think I'm on .0400, getting prompted for .0500 update. Aside from a compass calibration I think I'm good to go. I'm going to verify my firmware after work. Let us know if the SD card method worked.
