Mavic very low speed in normal mode (< 9mph)

Hi everybody,


I own a mavic since a week and I have done 2 or 3 flights but when flying with a friend that own a mavic too, I discover that my top speed in normal mode was between 3,8m/s to 4.5m/s (around 9mph) .

I am not in beginner mode, OA enabled, sport mode is working, multiple flight mode enable ...

About FW =>

01.03.0400 (out of the box)


Everything seems to be OK ,my friend check a lot of thing, he has the OA activated (like me) but has the FW 0600 and reach a normal top speed (around 9m/s or 20mph).

we have done a test on 110m, same height : when I arrive at 110m, my friend was at 150m.

I don't know where to look at, and got no clue, except upgrading the FW but I will do this if no solution is found.

So if you have any idea, I will really happy to test it

Turn off OA for increased speed and make sure your gain settings have not been lowered. It really sounds like your gain settings are lower than your friends.

Gain are the same Than my friend's one.

Only thing not done is with the OA desactivated.
