Mavic video jumpy

I am a new Mavic pilot, I took some videos in 4k mode and after transferring the videos to my computer and played them back the video was jumpy and freezing. Any suggestions? Thanks

Your computer might not be capable of playing 4K, however it's important to download the files - even USB3 can't shift data fast enough from Mavic or card reader.
If the PC ought to be able to play it consider updating codecs, or try a different video player.
VLC is often recommended but I find Windows Media Player is better (with 4K) on my marginal laptop.

If still no joy use the 2.7K, it's easier to edit and many of us use it anyway for other technical reasons.
