So I just found this out
If you switch to 1080p mode
You can zoom up to 4.0x
It's awesome
I can see people up close and myself

I flew it over my backyard looked around in place and went to 385 feet to look at the buildings from far away

I don't know about anyone else but what struck me was the number of trees, I thought American cities were 'concrete jungles'. Too much Kojak and Hill Street Blues I suppose lol.
Thanks.

Your shots of the city skyline were great. Just make you panning moves slow and steady. Do a few wide shots. Then, zoom in for close-ups and hold on a shot for several seconds. Then go on to the next close-up and hold. Then, when you edit it together, you have a nice video that shows your city, your neighborhood and, if you want, you! Put a little music on it and you're done.

Yes 1080P gives you more zoom, the same with my M2Z. Now you can look around your neighborhood without flying down the streets. Have fun.
