Mini 2 and Motorola E20 phone

Hi guys.
I've owned a pro 2 with smart controller for awhile now but recently bought a mini2. I'm taking it abroad and don't want to risk damage to the smart controller so i bought a motorola E20 phone running android 11.
Downloaded "go fly 4 " but during the set up process, the drone won't link. Any ideas or have i just wasted money on an incompatible phone ? Before the E20 i used a very old pixel phone and that worked fine albeit too small.

I'm not 100% sure about the Motorola E20 compatibility. What I'm sure is that Mini 2 doesn't fly with the Go Fly app but with DJI Fly app.

Thanks for the reply but that's odd as i use the "go4" app to fly it using an iPhone without any issues. The reason i bought the E20 was to have a bigger screen size without breaking the bank.
Hey ho. Clearly it's not compatible as I've tried the "dji fly" app too to no avail.
