Hi everyone, I've had my mini 2 set to jpeg plus raw since I got it but the raw images are coming out at 960x720. The jpeg files are full 4000x3000 12mp photos so I'm a little confused as the raws seem to only be just over half a megapixel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Firmware is up to date :)

Make sure you are looking at images off the drone SD card, not from your phone.

The dimensions are 4000x3000. This is an issue in Microsoft Windows where the reduced resolution dimensions are shown instead of the full resolution dimensions.

Use an free exif reader such as exiftool (you can use exiftoolGUI with it) and you will see that the full resolution dimensions are shown as 4000x3000

Your raw image files are also the full 4000 x 3000.
What you are seeing is the 960 x 720 jpg thumbnail image that's inside each raw file.
You need specialised software to be able to read the dng files.
Without that all you see is the thumbnail.

I have a similar problem looking at my Pixel 6 raw photos. If I look at file "properties" in windows, it shows a reduced resolution. The same file in Lightroom shows full file dimensions. Except for zoomed photos. A 2x zoomed photo shows a full dimension jpg but a half size dng. Obviously some upscaling.

Oh...I dropped it into lightroom and that just solved it...I feel slightly annoyed now. Thank you 😂
