Mini snaps 2 pictures?

Why does my mini take two pictures whenever I try and take one? It used to work fine but now it doesn't.

Where are you finding two image files?
Are they both the same size (pixel dimensions)?
What do the file names look like for a pair of images?

There should be a full size version of the image on the SD card in the MM and a smaller cache version in the album of the DJI Fly app on the phone/tablet
When you hit the download button in the album the full size image with be downloaded from the drone and will overwrite the phone/tablet cached version.

You can shoot just JPEG or JPEG AND RAW...is that what is producing the 2 images?

Only JPEG with the Mini 1.
