Missing all 3 years of flight logs

I have been flying the Mavic Pro for 3 years. I logged in with my newest one after having it repaired and non of my flight logs are there. Brand new flight log data has started with my new Mavic. I have tried looking in the forums, google and youtube but Im not finding any help. I wrote to DJI and asked if they could reboot my flight logs but never heard back. Any comments are appreciated! Cheers!

Make sure you are signed into your DJI account.

Syncing with the cloud should be all you need to do, should show a log for each model by serial number.


Flight data (all) hit the down arrow right next to it, list of all models registered into your account shown there individually.
