More questions about Activetrack

Hi Guys, this is my very first EVER post in any forum anywhere in the world and I am now 58 years old!

Anyway I have a Mavic Pro and was out showing it off to my son-in-law who brought his dog along. We tried to do an active track of his dog but it kept telling me it was unable to recognize the subject.

Does anyone know what the limitations are on active track as I would like to be able to do this when the dog comes to stay with us in April?

Just read your message. It is unanswered long time now but what i can tell is that hundreds of video regarding dogs and active track exist in youtube, most of them with no issues. Even my answer came late i hope you did it!!!!

Active track does require the subject to have a reasonable contrast to the background, so I could imagine a brown dog in winter foliage or dirt would not track easily but a white dog might track perfectly on green grass but not on snow etc.
