I need to send it back for warranty. I find there site confusing. they keep sending me back the same email.
Help.... I'm in Canada. I got it from London Drugs but they will not help me. I need to get it to DJI for a repair.

What happened Donald?

Was there any warning on the app?

Do you know you could replace it cheaply yourself if you have the tinkering skillset?

Ebay and others have listings for individual motors with arms for $50

I think the OP will be making a warranty claim.

No warning at all. the left rear prop just snapped off shearing all 3 locking pint off. the motor is sticking in some spots in ether direction.
It happened twice. thankfully hovering at low altitude and it just spun around and landed. I have the extra landing gear on it so there was no damage to the MP. Just glad it was 5ft and not 200.
I'm leaving on vacation in 5 weeks and hope I can get it back before then.

The bird is brand new. I do not want to alter the warranty if I was to fix it myself. I could do it no problem. But I noticed there are anti tamper glue on some of the body screws.
