National Geographic Wild Channel Using DJI Phantoms

Today, on National Geographic Wild Channel at 5:00pm EDT, watched a great episode, "Where the Giants are Born", and 95% of the footage was shot and featured a DJI Phantom, being used to show mating, birthing, bonding and feeding by the calf and mother, of a Humpback whale. The narrator explains that known of this behaviour or activity has ever been seen before!! It was fantastic seeing the DJI drone being acknowledged as an invaluable tool, never available before. The shots were spectacular because the whales had no reaction to the drone being 150-200 feet above them. The drone was was just a curious seagull to the whales. Try to find this episode..it's worth it!!

That is awesome to hear. Having a drone has really keyed me into how much video is shot with drones.
