I've created a new subscribe button for my videos in hopes more people will subscribe to my channel. I placed the subscribe button around 2:45 into this video. I appreciate your feedback regarding the look of my subscribe button and the positioning. Also, is it clear what folks need to do to subscribe. Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm using Filmora 10 to do video editing. Here is a video on how to create the subscribe button.

It is neat and small and does not obscure the video, which is all to the good.
Whilst I generally ignore subscribe requests full stop and loath those or links etc. that obscure large portions of the screen I do not think yours detracts from the video.
