You don't show the frame rate.
The basic rule is the shutter speed should be 2x the frame rate, 30 fps / 1/60s.
You can use neutral density filters to get the shutter speed in line with the frame rate.

Its set on manual exposure, shutter speed is whatever you set it on on manual.
(and obviously both images are horrifically under exposed)
 
An update probably changed the way things are displayed, or it's different between android and iOS... not that it matters, one's just written shorter.

Noting has changed - its in manual exposure with different shutter speeds selected.
Nothing more complex than that.

One is 1/40th of a second, 1 is 1/800th of a second. So 4.5 full stops darker.
