New Mavic Mini caretaker in Eastern Washington

Hello, new to drones, purchased my Mini 3 days ago and am looking forward to learning. I have watched hours and hours of YouTube but at 70 yrs young I have challenges grasping the technical side of things. Not the hands on flying so much, that’s repetition and recovering from mistakes. I would like to be able to record and watch my flights. Can I be directed to a site or video that covers the absolute basics on video editing (first time I have used that term) to attain this goal? Also, is there a way to identify nearby group members to fly with and learn from? Thanks for your time, Jack
