Picked up a Mavic Pro one week before heading to the Dominican Republic for vacation a few weeks ago and due to work did not get much time learning its features. I am not new to quads and have flown RC planes, Heli's electric and Nitro but the Mavic is something new for me. I am a little bummed I did not find the Mavic months ago before my trip so I could have been better prepared, because the footage I managed to get was garbage due to my lack of experience.
