New pilot troubles

Hello from Virginia Beach.
I'm trying to fly near oceana airport and Sentara helipad and have authorization from the FAA. The app keeps telling me I'm not logged into "the acct". What account do I need to be logged into to fly the drone?

Not exactly sure what app your talking about. First is this a restricted zone? I have gotten Lanacs to fly in restricted zones. The authorizations come to me by text messages and are time and place specific. I use the B4UFLY app to get them.

The DJI Fly App used to operate a DJI drone sounds like the issue...it is Class D controlled space...and some restricted areas around there ... a lot of military operations....but that should not have anything to do with being logged in
