Hi all from Northern California. Waiting on my Mavic Air 2 with the fly more combo to come in and thought I'd say hello.

The MA2 is a terrific machine with a great camera. Lots of cool stuff to shoot in Northern Cal! Be glad you got the Fly More kit--you'll appreciate those extra batts. Read the manual (link below), and be conservative at first. Practice using "Find My Drone" (DJI doesn't make it easy). Don't wait until you lose your MA2 before you try to learn under stress in less than ideal conditions.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I have downloaded the manual and user guide etc...
Thank you also for telling me about the "find my drone" app!
I just realized today that my phone or my Nvidia Shield k1 do not support the DJI Fly app so I guess I'll have to find something different for that. Hopefully something reasonably priced that works well.

Indeed! I've only just recently started "using-practicing" with the "find my drone" capability - it is quite accurate thus far.
