New to site

My name is Mike and I am new to this site and from Alabama but currently living in Ukraine.
I bought the Mavic 2 pro with fly more package. I am anxious about flying now even though we have 5 degrees F here. I really want to take and fly just to get a few photos of the snow here in our village outside of Kiev. I will try later today for a five minute flight, wish my drone luck.

Not first flight but it it will be at that temperature. I have only about 15 flights but short one except one and the one long flight was about 1 mile out.

I only flew for10 minutes in 5 degree F but I noticed no problems. I will go fly in the city in the next few days.

Here are some things to help you get started with your Mavic 2 Pro:

• The current Mavic 2 Pro manual can be downloaded here (it doesn't come in the box). Other important documents can be found on the Mavic 2 downloads page.
  
  
• Check out this getting started guide for some tips not found in the Mavic 2 Pro manual.
  
  
• This video covers all the basics of the Mavic 2.
  
  
• Your drone batteries will last longer if you use and maintain them like this.
  
  
• Practice flying outdoors in a wide open location that's free of all obstacles. Don't attempt to fly inside your house or in other confined locations.
  
  
• The drone records flight data each time you fly. You can decrypt and view those flight logs with these tools.
  
  
• Check out MavicHelp.com for commonly used accessories you might need.
