Just got my first drone, only took a week to get via Apple store, just need to find a place that allows me to fly it now. Didn't have that problem with RC cars and boats.

Nice don only a week! I just bought mine via Apple December 9th had it shipped to my residence so just waiting any day now for that shipped confirmation! I live in South Florida as well would you mind telling me when you ordered your Mavic?

I ordered it on the 4th of Dec and got it on the 12th from Apple online
