No flight modes with Smart Controller on a Mavic Air 2s

Just got a Mavic Air 2s with smart controller can't find any of the fancy flight modes just the 3 basic ones tripod normal and sport mode.

The DJI go app works till you connect to Drone then I get the message you see in photo do you need this Go App to work to get the extra flight modes, been at this all day it's maybe just too complicated for me.

If only there was a video that shows you I've looked I cant get videos to work on it as well it's a real pain this controller, had a loan of an older drone was so easy to work on a I Pad Mini.

Any help would be great I have the option to return it if I can't figure it out.

The Air 2s uses DJI Fly app not the Go 4 app.
This video goes into detail on the Air 2s Intelligent flight modes.

Yes, you need to be flying. The app always waiting for you to identify a target and then you get the options, just like in the video.
