I recently tried using an optivisor to view the screen when flying the Mavic Mini with great results. At 71 my eye sight is not what it use to be. I had been using reading glasses to view the screen but still the iPhone screen is quite small and details are not clearly seen well when flying low. The optivisors with 2.5 Diopters seem to about double the size of the screen, almost like viewing through goggles. Also, sunlight glare on the iPhone screen is greatly reduced so even in bright sunlight I can see the screen clearly. The video below was taken using the optivisors this morning with the MM and allows me to fly a bit lower.
