Periscope Live Streaming Sucks on my Zoom

I don't know why I can't get a good stream out of my Zoom either it's a lagging issue or the connection drops when streaming I am shooting in 1080p and 30 fps and I have Scandisk ultra 32 gig 30V and its looks great with the SD Card but when I go live on periscope the drone will connect then it seems to drop the signal in the middle of the stream also I can't see the comments from my other devices because it dropped the live stream . My Connection starts off around 39 to 35 then it dropped to 2 then I lose the connection . My signal is LTE and I usually have 5 Bars so I know my signal is good plus I have tried different locations and all same results. I have tried to reinstall the app plus update the app and I turn off my wifi and bluetooth to see if that works .. When I check out periscope it looks like I'm streaming in analog.I just want a clean stream can anyone help or any ideas I might be missing?
