Permission to fly in restricted zone

Hi folks, I fly under recreational rules. My home is 5 miles from the center of a regional airport at the edge of the corresponding restricted zone. Until now when i took off, a request for permission was offered. I always said yes and recieved permission. Recently at the same take off point (my back yard) I was asked for my phone number to recieve a code which when input would generate that permission, but the text never comes. You only have 60 seconds to input the code. Anyone having a similar problem, or better yet a solution?

Are you logged in to your DJI account? If no - that may be the reason. If yes - try logging out and then back in, then try again.

Thanks for responding. I use a smart controller and assume that i am logged in when i open dji go 4 app and connect to the drone. Is there something else I should do to become looged on?

Does the app show you as signed in?
