Please someone drone the eclipse!

It would be so cool to have some time lapse of the shadow running on the ground for the eclipse.

Please someone do it!

I'm thinking about flying it over to the golf course and filming the shadow as best I can. Very bright sunny day here so I'm thinking ND16 filter.

I flew a large valley. Unfortunately, the shadow doesn't appear to be crossing the ground - as one might think. It just gets a little darker out. Nothing to see here...

Apparently you need to be up about 100,000 feet in order to be able to tell about the shadow moving as they did with many weather balloons and stuff today

Ditto here. I thought the skies would get alot darker but it only got dark as it would at 5pm and Im 40 miles south of the perfect spot Maybe I need to research more...

Didn't notice anything different in terms of light loss here in Phoenix. Feel like I got Jipped!

I flew up ~2 miles and didn't get a shadow at all and I was in the path of totality. Was fun nonetheless though!
