Pretty sure that from what I have read that these are the best.
For use in England ( always raining) & sometimes the sun shines which ones should I look at buying?

Also do I have to calibrate the gimbal THEN add the filter or can I fit & forget ?

I have Polar Pro; you can fit and forget. I got the 4, 8, 16 set that works for me in Seattle. Since we have a similar cloudy sky situation, it should work for you also.
