Premiere doubt

Hi, i made a footage 4k that i am editing now on Premiere but a have a problem because i have a sequence that is not 4k but 1920. When i change the resulution of all the edit to 4k, this sequence turns litlle screen, and if i change the all resulution to 1920 i loss quality in general. Is there a way to mantain this little sequence in 1920 and the rest of the video in 4k in Premiere?

You won't be able to do lossless upscale from 1080 to 2160 but if you don't mind the 1080p media being blurry, you can go to the effects panel for a single clip and change the clip size and position there.

You need to change your timeline settings to 4K to handle 4K video in 4K.
