Hello, I have some problem with taking photoes.
it doesn't take photos in good quality, what is the problem?

Do I have to change some settings in my drone?

Aside from the woman having her face turned entirely away from the camera on the drone, I can see faces just fine. What are you using to view the image?
windows 10 default viewer,
what do you prefer to view the images?
thanks

I think the problem is that you're looking at an image that is larger than your screen can show at 1:1 - so it's "zooming out" and losing detail in what it shows you. Use the magnifying glass icon to zoom in.

This might be a clue to your problem?
The pixel size you posted here is 960 x 540.
That's tiny.
It's the size of the little preview image that's part of a dng image.
The actual dng file is much larger and can only be viewed with specialised software.

If you are trying to view a dng file without appropriate software, all you'll see is the tiny thumbnail view.

The jpg image you posted is 3992 x 2242 and looks just fine.

Unless you are a serious photographer and use specialised software to view and mnipulate images, don't shoot dng (sometimes described as raw) and just shoot jpg files.

Looks like it might be set to Manual Focus rather than automatic focus. Look on the controller screen (while operating) and be sure to tap the AEF upper right corner of the screen. Also if in manual focus, tap the subject such as you two sitting, and it should focus there.

I'm not sure what you are looking at to get that idea.
