Problems Stitching Pano in PS

I normally use pano mode and then stitch the raw photos in photoshop using photomerge. The last two times I have tried it keeps the 9th photo (using horizontal pano) separate and in the upper left hand corner, as if it can't stitch it. I tried re doing some panos I took right before the new year and those stitched together fine, so I'm thinking something may have changed on DJI's end in pano mode recently.

Anyone else have similar issues or any thoughts?

I do my stitching in Lightroom Classic CC and it works perfectly. Oddly, "perspective" mode is the one you want. (That is almost never what I choose for DSLR panos.) I've never tried stitching DJI raw files in Photoshop.
