Hey y'all! I recently got 2 new products from F-Stop Labs: their 1-piece gimbal cover and their lens hood. I shot some videos for review, but it looks like I can't share them here. They're in my reviews on the product pages on Amazon if anyone is dying to see them. ;-)

For the gimbal cover:
Great product that works far better than the original gimbal cover. Best of all, it fits when the f-stop labs lens filters are installed! You can't unhook the bottom and swing it out on the hooks like the original, the inner grooves will pull on the plastic gimbal arm and possibly cause damage, you have to undo all connections at once ant pull it straight down.
I love that it still allows the Mavic to fit in the f-stop labs hard-shell case too. Winner!

For the lens hood:
Great fit and it doesn't interfere with gimbal startup. This installs and removes very easily and should be considered an essential for anyone shooting in sunny environments.

I hope this proves useful to some of y'all!

hello,

thanx

i receive my pack also

that hood : does it really help that much ? at first when i looked at it i thought "something i probably will never use"

i do live (and often vacation) in sunny destinations but when i shoot, (sunrise and sunset mostly) i never seem to be that much bothered by sun glare which could push me to add on such equipement

maybe now that i have it anyway, i may try it and see, but not really convinced...
