Quickshots - can't select person/object

Has anyone had an issue when trying to do a quickshot where the option is there to tap or draw a box around what you want to be the centre but the green box just never will draw and so you can't start? It doesn't happen all the time but seems to be happening more and more...... Trying to work out if it's an app or phone issue (all other features work fine)

Yeah I thought maybe I'm too close or too far away but no matter where I start, I can't select myself.... The screen just won't select (but all other buttons work fine..... Got to be the app

Update the dji fly app. Had that same problem twice while new update was available

I have the latest version- 1.1.3(88).

I had the same problem. I was too far away from AC. I flew it closer, so I was bigger in the picture.
