A friend of mine wants me to survey an accessible piece of her property with my Mavic Pro 2
I’m going to be about 1,500 feet away from this radio tower. It’s about twice as tall as a electric power cable tower. 3EC165DC-621C-4D44-80B6-45CFA7A4D6B4.jpeg

If you stay 1500’ away you should be fine. However I’d recommend that the tower not be between you drone and the controller even with frequency differences.

Thank-you. This thing will be on the other side of me and the drone. The drone will be in the middle. Hoping to fly past it, not stopping to take pictures.

I don't think you'll have any problems. This is not an AM radio broadcast tower (if it were, it would have insulators at the base). I have had trouble with those in the past. I think the high RF levels get into the drone and superimpose voltages on the PC board traces, and cause the aircraft to fly unpredictably. But the tower you posted the photos of looks primarily for microwave paths, which should cause you no trouble for your aircraft. Just fly in slow, and if you notice ANY trouble (unexplained jerkyness, drone not reacting to your controls), pull the stick back and just fly away, and you should regain control. But I don't think you'll have any problems.
