RC bricked after .1000 update

did the update like each time before

update failed just at the end
(notice that during the update the RC did activate the buzzer biping for a minute or so)

now my RC is stuck with the on/off button blinking
seems that the background of the lcd is lighted but no writtings on the screen

did assistant 2 on laptop
reconized the MP RC once and stuck the update at 20%

now it does not reconize anymore my RC on usb (from side port of the RC )

living in the middle of the pacific ocean

frustrated by the MP for the first time !!

watched and reeded everything on the web, found nothing helpful...

advise+help please

You are not the 1st one having this problem. Either claim warranty (If still available), buy a new RC or Repair it.
I'm lucky so far, 3 time update firmware with DJI Assistant 2 no problem. I already flight few time with 1.103.1000 and DJI GO 4.1.8 no problem.
I seldom using the side usb port for phone link. I Using it for charging and firmware update only. The side USB port very sensitive, don't touch it or move it during firmware update.

Try installing an older version, preferably the version that you were running before the upgrade.
