I'm a Mavic Pro newbie, so bear with me. I am seriously considering an IPad Mini 4 to use with my RC on my Mavic Pro. I have been trying to use my Galaxy S5, but it gets hot and it drains the RC battery.
I have 2 questions:
1) I've read that the iOS devices do not seek a charge to the battery from the RC like Android devices do. Is this true?
2) Also, I have a pair of the DJI goggles. Does the Mini 4 have to be directly connected to the RC, or can I stick it in my pocket and connect it wirelessly to the RC? - Thanks in advance

Welcome aboard RockvillerRover. Good to hear you are doing your research before you leap. Wish there were more like you. Wise move to the Mini 4. you won't regret it. Answer to question 1- Correct. RC will NOT charge the iPad. and since I don't the goggles, can't help you there, but I am sure someone will chime in.

Opps, just saw that singer beat me to the punch
