RC Pro Shutter Button not responsive

The (photo) shutter button on my RC Pro doesn't always work. Even though I get the 'beep' sound every time im pressing the button, it doesn't always take a photo. Does anyone else have this problem? For now I've reverted to using the on screen shutter button, but that makes it impossible to use the right stick at the same time so it's not really a solution.

The shutter has a halfway click that focuses, then all the way down takes picture. Just to be sure, are you pushing all the way or just to the first click?

...and that's how quickly a problem can be solved, thanks! I just checked and it looks like I didn't always fully press the shutter button. It certainly doesn't help that the RC emits the same 'beep' sound for the AF and when actually taking a photo.
