Refresh and Repair timelines and waiting times

I have sent a good number of Mavics back to DJI for repair under both Refresh and non-Refresh conditions. I would like to designate this thread to give Mavic owners a current idea of how long wait times will be for Refresh, non-refresh (no warranty or refresh), and warranty repairs. I will add fields to this thread as owners respond. Please do not reply to this thread unless you are filling out the survey. If you have any questions about the terms used, please PM me, dont post your questions here. Please include the following information:

Type of repair: (1. Refresh, 2. not covered by refresh or warranty, 3. warranty claim)
Date Repair requested: MM/DD/YYYY
Date you received shipping label email from DJI: If applicable
How repair requested: Phone, chat, online repair request
Your location: State in USA, or country if outside USA
Which service center used: (In USA usually Carson, CA)
Date you sent it it: MM/DD/YYYY
Date delivered to DJI: (delivered by your carrier to DJI)
Date received by DJI: MM/DD/YYYY (date they say got it which could be up to a week after it was delivered)
Date they sent you a repair estimate: MM/DD/YYYY
