I contacted dji yesterday to buy refresh for my MP2 and they couldn’t do it and gave me an email to contact. My coverages expires today and I’ve still not heard back!
I see you can submit a video but any other advice?

Yes I was late but they had conflicting info in their system on my actual end date. So, after days of email and tech support I was able to buy it. It was the hardest I’ve worked to give someone my money.
I see there is a way to get the refresh by submitting a video of your drone in operation. I didn’t look through the info but maybe you could go that route.
