Repair drone crashed into tree and dropped into water

Is it possible to repair a drone that dropped into water after crashing into tree

What is the physical damage?
Water alone might not be a big problem if it is thoroughly dried out before restarting.
The camera/gimbal assembly is fragile and the most expensive, but can be replaced.

If the damage is only the burnt ribbon of the gimbal, as it happened to my MP, the cost of repair at the European Official DJI Service (in Holland) has been 206 Euro, last year in June. Two weeks time, including shipment.

If you put another battery in, and everything, including connectors, is not perfectly dry, you can short out your core board or esc board, and then you are looking at alot more than just a shorted battery.

Did you get your drone repaired?

Sure, in Holland (DJI only official service center for European market).
Costed me 206 Euro for a new gimbal.
It took roughly two weeks time including shipments, both paid by them. Good service. Works fine.

No it was sent back and the cost of repair was almost same as new
So didn’t continue
