RTH/Night Mavic Flying Issue

I recently bought a mavic and it came out of box with vision system errors, that of wich I fixed with dji assistant. It now works solid well in the day time.

At night when I fly I get GPS signal with more or less then 10 satellites so I take off set a RTH point fly up again to make sure it persistent. I fly away to test it then it just lands straight down, not returning to take off point. My vision system display bar is always red at night as well. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

10 feet at the most just to see if it will perform

By design, it auto lands at the current location when it's within 16 feet of the home point.

I tested it far away as well it just does the same thing.
