SC brightness and sensitivity

I have two issues that this group might have helped me out with. First is the brightness, which wasn't as good as I had expected. Will need to look for the adjustment pull down and see what it is set at. Second is screen sensitivity. Having trouble picking the point for hyperlapse shots, never see the green box. Not sure if it a screen sensitivity issue related to my screen protector (AXWOK tempered glass) or just user error. Winds are +20 mph today but should be okay if I keep my Air 2 at a reasonable altitude.

Only way is to try it with/without the protector on

I’ve not noticed a difference on sensitivity with a screen protector on the controllers that I have. Doesn’t mean it can’t happen though.
