Second drone, but still a rookie

Hi all, my Mavic arrives in a few days. I suspect it will be a vast improvement on my Parrot Bebop 2. I plan to take in on vacation but I'm getting widely different signals on whether or not it will make sense to bring it to the Mediterranean. I'll be in Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Malta, Slovenia and Montenegro. Any updates? I've been checking out droneregulations.info and it's quite good, but some of the docs are in the local language. Any help would be great.

Not sure about regulations, but I HIGHLY recommend getting in some flying time before venturing out to unknown locations

Absolutely. I have a few months before I leave. If I'm not confident in my ability I'll leave it at home
