Second hand Mavic wifi rest?

Hi guys, bought a Mavic quite a while ago and always flew it with the remote. Yesterday i tried connecting it via wifi to fly it with my phone,but it would not accept the wifi password that is on the drone.I think the previous owner must have changed the password and I have no way to contact her. Any way how i can get the password rest to factory without resetting firmware?

Put mavic into wifi mode (switch by SD card)
Connect to computer
Open assistant 2
Wifi setting

But the Mavic was registered under the previous owners email. Would Assistant 2 work with my email account?

Yes assistant 2 uses the same login that you use for dji go

My Dji assistant only wants to connect to a Inspire2. Good chance that i'm just being thick. I did download the program in the Mavic page.

Did you power on your Mavic and connect it to your computer via a micro USB cable? If so, make sure you're not using a charge-only cable.
