Seeking for advice on eliminating noise

Currently using .400 firmware with +1, -1, -1 settings
But the grainy look is pretty obviously.
I am using Davinci Resolve with temporal NR.
Looking for advice to eliminate those noise.

This is capturing at around 4pm with an ND8 filter.

With color grading, the noise will become too disturbing...

You need to change the settings on the videos to public or link

The first question has to be - was that video footage taken from the Mavic's microSD card, or are they the videos that were stored on your phone or tablet?
