Signal strength depending on region

Hi there,

I've been wondering, is there a map that shows signal strength based on the country you are in?

Facts:

The US is FCC
The UE, CE
China is SRRC
Japan is NIE
But what about the rest of the world, like countries in South America and the like? Those have different regulations and there is no info how the mini configures itself when on those regions.
