Slow RC Charging

Last night I plugged in my 3 batteries and my RC (at 22%) for charging overnight. This morning all 3 batteries were charged and shut off. I unplugged them. The RC was still charging, but it was only at 52%. After 12 more hours of charging today it is only at 74%. Why is it suddenly so slow? I fly the Mavic once a week then charge everything to 100%. RC charging has always taken just a few hours. Any ideas what is wrong?

To all who look at this and think, "Why didn't this dummy try another USB charging cord?", I did and it finished charging to 100% quickly.
I might try selling the first one on EBay as a "Slow Charging Cord"...
