Smart Controller and Wifi 6/6E

I know the current SC operates in Wifi 5 (802.11/ac) in the 2.4ghz or 5.0ghz frequency. Wifi 6 (802.11ax) seems to be picking up steam as more devices are gaining Wifi 6 and with the advent of Wifi 6E knocking on our door, seems like a new 3rd frequency band (6.0 ghz) is coming. Any one know how and if the new frequency band or Wifi 6 may be utilized?

Would seem that this would require a hardware modification would it not? Perhaps a firmware could tweak operation in that "band". I suspect as is, the current SC will remain where it is and a 2.0 SC will debut shortly. I think we will know when the Mavic 3 debuts if the current SC is supported. If so then one could reasonably see DJI's direction going forward with a bit of time frame more defined. Right now, I don't see them too interested in fixing something that isn't broke as it were IMHO.
