Smart controller / mavic pro 2 screen feed loss at 100 ft

Hi there
The 1st time this happened I had used it for about four hours total ,the screen feed was lost and replaced with the go fly screen although the controller still operated as it should so I brought it back and reset it no problems, after about nine hours of total flying the problem occurred again four times in a twenty minute flight any trouble shooting tips or advice would be welcome

Since the controller operated as it should, and instead of lost video and a "disconnected" message it restarted Go 4, it sounds like the problem is the Go 4 app and/or your phone/tablet. Run your phone/tablet in airplane mode and make sure there are no other apps running. If that does not work try reinstalling Go 4.

Another possibility is your connection cable but that normally causes a disconnect and/or frozen video and not a restart of Go 4.

What display device are you using?

Ok, smart controller. Forget my suggestions as they are not applicable except possibly updating Go 4. The smart controller itself may also have a software/firmware update available but do not know.

I had similair probs. App crash, video stutter on Smart Controller with M2P. I had a class 10 MicroSD Birdside and in SC. I changed both to class V30. No more app crash or video stutter
